Our testing and refilling programme keeps extinguishers, hydrant systems and hose reels compliant with IS 2190 and ready to perform when they're needed.

How it works

We start with a full site survey to record every appliance, its location and its due date, then build a testing calendar around your operating hours so service visits never interrupt production. Each extinguisher is weighed, pressure-tested where due, and refilled with IS-marked media before being tagged with the inspector's reference and next-due date.

What's included

Visual inspection covers mounting, pressure gauge reading, pin and seal condition, and physical damage. Hydraulic testing follows the IS 2190 interval for the cylinder type. Hydrant and hose reel testing verifies flow, pressure and hose integrity. Every visit is logged digitally, giving you a audit-ready record for fire department inspections and insurance renewals.
