Fire Safety Staff Training

Equipment only works if the people standing next to it know how to use it. Our staff training programme puts your team through live, hands-on practice — not just a slideshow — so the first response to a real fire is a confident one.

Session structure

Each session opens with a short classroom segment covering fire classes, how extinguishers are matched to each class, and the limits of first-aid firefighting. The bulk of the time is live handling practice, where every participant discharges a training extinguisher on a controlled fire tray under supervision.

Evacuation and fire warden training

We run a full evacuation drill against your site's actual escape routes and assembly points, and separately train nominated fire wardens on headcount procedure, sweep duties and liaison with the fire brigade. Attendance certificates and training records are provided for your compliance file.
