Universal Valve Lockout Device

A lower bottom-jaw grip locks onto valve stems that don't match a standard gate, ball or butterfly lockout, with interchangeable long and short arms sold separately so one base device covers a wider range of handle shapes and reaches. An insulated-cable version is also available for valves in tight or hazardous locations.
