Group Lockout Box

For jobs where several people are working on the same isolated equipment, a single lockout point isn't enough — everyone needs to be able to lock in and only leave once their part of the work is done. This portable metal box has multiple external padlock slots plus a lockable main compartment: the equipment's isolation key or hasp goes inside, the box is closed with a primary lock, and every crew member then adds their own padlock to the exterior. The equipment can't be re-energised until every individual has removed their lock.
