Industrial Warning Siren

Where a room-level sounder can't be heard over furnace noise, compressor bays or across an open yard, a rooftop or pole-mounted industrial siren carries the alert across the whole site. Common on large manufacturing plants, tank farms and process units as a dedicated emergency-alert signal separate from the day-to-day fire alarm sounders inside buildings, and equally used for shift-change or muster-point signalling.
